Brian A. Swartz, CAI - Owner, Managing Broker and Auctioneer

Brian Swartz is Owner/Managing Broker and Auctioneer of harVestco, LLC.

Brian has strong ties to central Illinois. He represents the third generation of his family to sell real estate in Illinois. He is a fifth-generation farmer and farm manager and lives on the family farm in Champaign County, IL that was originally deeded from the State of Illinois to his great-great-grandfather.

Brian attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and has sold real estate for over 30 years. Brian maintains membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, and the Realtors Land Institute of Illinois.

He is a graduate from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City and earned the prestigious CAI designation from the National Auction Association Education Institute at Bloomington, Indiana. He is a licensed Illinois Auctioneer and is a member of the National and State Auctioneer Associations. He also serves on the Auction Advisory Board for the state of Illinois.

Brian has served on many additional boards including the University of Illinois Farm Tax School and Agricultural Law Education Foundation, Inc., the LeRoy Board of Education, Tri-County Special Education Board, served as a founding member of the Leroy FFA Alumni Board, American Angus Association Board of Directors, Certified Angus Beef Board of Directors, and President of Illinois Angus Association.

Brian and his wife, Karen, have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
